When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address and the travel details you choose to share. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect only your email address.
Our server also records the IP address a form was submitted from. We use this to detect spam submissions.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and itineraries, and complete bookings on your behalf. If you subscribe, we use your email address to send travel offers and updates.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the airlines, hotels, transport operators and visa authorities required to complete a booking you have asked us to make.
Visa and passport applications need identity documents. We keep these only for as long as the application requires, and we return or delete them once the process is complete.
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to info@wanderlustholidays.org. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe option.
