Package prices shown on this website are starting prices per person and depend on travel dates, hotel category and group size. A quote is confirmed only once we send it in writing.
Airfare, hotel rates and government fees can change until a booking is ticketed or confirmed. If a rate changes before confirmation, we will tell you before proceeding.
Bookings are confirmed against an advance, with the balance due before departure. The exact schedule is stated on your invoice and depends on the supplier terms for your trip.
Cancellation charges are set by the airline, hotel and transport operators involved, and are passed on to you at cost along with our service fee. We share the applicable charges in writing before you cancel.
Refunds are processed once the supplier releases the amount to us, which can take several weeks for international bookings.
We prepare and submit visa applications, but the decision rests entirely with the consulate or embassy. No agent can guarantee a visa, and fees paid to the authority are not refundable if an application is refused.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport with sufficient validity and blank pages for your destination.
We act as an agent between you and the airlines, hotels and operators who deliver your trip. We are not liable for delays, cancellations or service failures caused by them, or for events outside our reasonable control such as weather, strikes or government action.
We strongly recommend travel insurance on every international trip.
