01 What is included in the package price?

Each package page lists its inclusions and exclusions in detail — typically hotels, meals as mentioned, transfers and sightseeing. Anything not listed there is not part of the price.

02 Are flights included in the packages?

Unless a package says otherwise, prices are for the land part of the trip. We book flights separately and add them to your quote so you see the full cost before you confirm.

03 Can I change the hotels or the itinerary of a package?

Yes. You can upgrade hotels, add or remove nights, or swap activities. We send a revised quote showing the difference before you decide.

04 What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms depend on the hotels, airlines and operators in your itinerary. We share the exact terms for your booking in writing before you make any payment.
